1. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
At Frazinior, we take immense care in preparing your luxury fragrance. Every bottle is hand-inspected before it leaves our facility. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of order confirmation.
Standard delivery within India takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Express delivery (where available) takes 1-2 business days. You will receive an automated tracking link via email the moment your fragrance is dispatched.
2. Cancellation Policy
Because our dispatch process is highly streamlined to ensure fast delivery, orders are pushed to fulfillment almost immediately. Cancellations are ALLOWED, but only if the order has not been dispatched yet.
Once an order has been successfully shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. To request a cancellation before dispatch, please email us immediately at outreach.frazinior@gmail.com.
3. Strict No Exchange / No Return Policy
Due to the intimate, cosmetic nature of our luxury fragrances and strict health and hygiene standards, all sales are absolutely final.
We do not accept returns, process exchanges, or offer refunds under any circumstances if you simply change your mind, dislike the scent profile, or have unsealed the original packaging. This stringent policy ensures the integrity, safety, and pristine condition of every bottle we ship to our esteemed clients.
4. Transit Damage Exceptions
We use premium, shock-resistant packaging. However, if your order arrives damaged, completely shattered, or leaking during transit, please contact us at outreach.frazinior@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Requirement: You must include an uncut unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the damaged contents inside the original packaging. Without this video, no claim will be entertained.
Upon verification of the transit damage, we will dispatch an identical replacement bottle at no additional cost. We do not offer monetary refunds for transit damage, only replacements.
